You don’t have to figure this out alone.

I’m Mallory, a therapist for kids, teens, and young adults working at Meadowlark Counseling and Neurofeedback in the Flathead Valley. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, a history of trauma, or behavior that’s gotten big: we start with one easy conversation.

  • LCSW · State of Montana
  • We accept most insurances
  • Sliding-scale applications available
  • Saturday appointments

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

Call Meadowlark

The first step is to call the office at (406) 396-2336. Jill will confirm we take your insurance, or set you up with a sliding scale application. Then she will either schedule you for an intake or connect you to me for a consultation.

A first session

The first session is an intake in which you will be asked questions about the struggles and symptoms you face, what your mental health history is, and a variety of other questions that will help me understand what you are facing and craft a treatment plan that meets your goals and needs in therapy. This first session will be one of only a few sessions where I will be required to be on my computer.

Weekly sessions

30–50 minutes, in person in Whitefish, or by video anywhere in Montana. We build skills that work in real life, not just in the room.

Sliding scale

Cost shouldn’t decide which kids get help.

We accept most insurances, and I keep part of my caseload reserved at reduced rates for families who need it. If cost is the thing stopping you, ask. That’s what the reduced-fee spots are for.

About

Hi, I’m Mallory.

Right out of graduating with my Master’s of Social Work I began working for Greater Valley Health with youth via their School Based Outpatient Therapy program at Kalispell Middle School. It was my work at Kalispell Middle School that cemented the importance of therapy for our youth. From suicidal thoughts to debilitating anxiety, my clients at the Middle School highlighted the intense pressure that youth of today are under. I don’t treat teens as problems to fix, but instead I believe that every individual has the skills, tools, and resiliency to face the challenges of life head on. After two years at Kalispell Middle School I decided to move on to Meadowlark Counseling and Neurofeedback to offer my services to a larger age group, 10–24 year olds.
