If you need help before an appointment
In crisis right now? Call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Free, confidential, 24/7. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Through school
Every public school in the valley has school counselors, and many buildings have school-based out-patient therapists right inside them, it’s where I got my start. Ask the front office. School counseling is part of public education, and most school-based outpatient therapy is financially accessible.
Low-cost clinical care
Both Greater Valley Health Center and Logan Health offer school-based outpatient therapy options. Logan Health has Pathways, which is a short-term inpatient option for higher-level needs.
Community support
